Frequently Asked Questions
All goods on my website are produced by myself (Skraww.Art) at my home studio in the UK. Everything is handmade, and as such may have differences in shape, texture and size. In most cases, the item in the photos of a listing is the exact item you will receive, unless otherwise stated.
Should an item require cleaning, I recommend washing gently with warm soapy water and avoiding using a dishwasher which could be too harsh on a handmade object. Likewise, microwave use should be avoided, especially with any products that have metallic elements like gold/platinum lustre.
All items are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 (where possible). You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase has been dispatched.
I plan to expand to international shipping eventually, but for now I am doing UK shipping only.
It is the buyers responsibility to provide contact details accurately and in full. If I need any additional delivery details I may need to contact you for further clarification.
Eco friendly packaging is used wherever possible. As well as cardboard, brown paper, hex paper, and starch packing peanuts, I may also reuse packaging/boxes that I collect from my own deliveries.
